Accessory: Olivia Burton Big Dial Watch

It's weird to think that I used to not like wearing watches. I used to not see the point in them and it wasn't till I started working in retail that I realised that when you can't carry your phone round with you all the time, then it's time to get a watch. Ha excuse the pun there. Last year I started to get into gold watches, and I may of got another one to add to the collection.

For a long time, I have been lusting over Olivia Burton watches. An UK brand with an array of pretty girly watches. This is Big Dial Bracelet Watch*, which is a feminine and delicate watch yet being quite large at the same time. The usual Micheal Kors watch I wear, is quite chunky and heavy so it's nice to have a more delicate watch that I can wear with girlie outfits. With a big gold face, it's a statement piece without being too in your face. I think I'm going to get some charm bracelets to accessorise with it, as I really like that layering look at the moment.

I'm liking having a more delicate watch, and find because it's gold, it goes with so many of my outfits. The watch is also water resistant which means I don't have to worry too much when I'm washing up whilst wearing it. There are some really lovely watches from the Olivia Burton range, and I'm sure it won't be long till I add another to the collection. Do you like watches?
