Easy Instant Pot Ribs

You guys asked for more Instant Pot recipes so here you go!! No one is paying me to say this (hah) but I TRULY think this recipe alone is worth the price of the Instant Pot. It’s just so easy. We love ribs and even though I have a great slow cooker recipe already, it takes hours. This, on the other hand, takes about an hour – start to finish. The ribs actually cook for 35 minutes but then you have to factor in the time it takes for the pot to heat up and cool down…so about an hour overall. Still, that is not bad! And they are so, so, so tender….Adam took one bite, looks at me and goes, “If I wasn’t an Instant Pot believer before, now I definitely am!!”. Speaking of Adam, he took the money shot for this blog post and I think he did a pretty good job. I made these around 4:30pm and right when they were done, got all caught up with the kids so Adam took over the photography. Thanks, babe. ?
