2015 TREND ALERT: SEVENTIES + BOHEMIAN REVIVAL

It’s back –yet again– all things seventies are on fashions radar even though this time around it feels like an all out genuine tribute to the decade. Designers are creating more honest looks of that time -using similar type fabrics and details– with an underlining, unrefined bohemian touch. I honestly did a double take when checking out runway images because I thought perhaps the dates were wrong. Not a chance. This seasons seventies fashion appears as if the industry had an all out raid on vintage shops. What I’m also loving is the fusion of seventies, bohemian, punk, fairytale, and glam elements being intertwined within the same theme of that decade.
