Kate La Vie

A Combination Skin Saviour.

I have pretty awkward skin – it’s often dehydrated, but occasionally oily and prone to breakouts. This makes it impossible to find moisturisers, as I’m searching for something hydrating but not rich, ideally with natural ingredients and little fragrance. It’s impossible, I tell thee.

That is, until I came across this NUDE ProGenius Omega Treatment Milk (£62), a skin-softening wonder that is ultra-nourishing but super concentrated so you don’t have to slather on a suffocating layer to benefit from the hydrating properties.
It contains natural plant oils that instantly sink in to the skin, but the overall texture is like a really light milk – meaning you can apply just a little but it goes really far.

At the moment, I’m using this alone, like a moisturiser. As I said, I find it hard to find night creams that work with my skin type so this, although it’s probably intended to work like a serum, makes for a perfect evening moisturiser. My skin feels instantly quenched, and by morning it feels super soft and really plump. The results are almost instantaneous, and I actually feel like it’s doing something.

The only issue is the price – £62 is way more than most would pay for a moisturiser. I suppose it depends on your needs and how willing you are to part with money for good skin.
That aside, it’s one of the only night treatments that works for me so I’m pleased to wake up to a happy complexion. For that reason, I’ll cover my eyes and ignore the price tag for now.

Are you a NUDE fan?

Ps. I couldn’t work out how to use the packaging, as I kept unscrewing the top before I realised you’re meant to pull the lid off and use the pump. I tried google image searching “NUDE treatment milk” to see the packaging and it was not what I was hoping to see. Do not do this. Ever.
