Kate La Vie

Two Luxe Repurchases.

More Space NK shopping, Kate? Really? I’m afraid so – but in my defence, I repurchased two beauty staples that I just can’t seem to live without. And I say that because I’ve tried. This bright eyed duo awakens my peepers after even the worst of slumbers…

I’ve used (and harped on about) the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curlers (£20) in the past, I won’t use any other brand of curlers as these are the very best. My old pair had been going for a few years, and I had known it was time to change them for longer than I can remember. Using a fresh pair was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before; they felt incredible to use, my lashes were ultra curled and they held better than ever. Change is good.
I don’t use these everyday, but they are a dream come true in times of need – after a heavy night to awaken the eyes, or just for special occasions (always followed up by lashings of mascara). An essential bit of kit, in my opinion.

My other repurchase was of course, the By Terry Touche Voloutee (£35), the ultimate under-eye concealer and highlighter. It’s been a good few months (maybe even spanning in to a year or so) since I used up my last tube of Touche Veloutee, and despite my efforts to live without it, be a good blogger and test similar products, I came back to this. I’m not actually sure what makes this stuff so special; I think the colour is perfect for me, and I also find that this contours my face despite it just being a highlighting concealer.
I find my skin looks super glowy, my face is sculpted and my eyes look awake and wide… it’s just an all-round product that makes my makeup happen. Trust me on this one…

Have you tried either of these?
