Mita Sneakers x ASICS Gel Lyte III

All’interno del mondo ASICS, ASICS Lifestyle reinterpreta modelli heritage degli anni Ottanta e Novanta, riproponendo pezzi leggendari di sneakers. Insieme ad uno dei più rinominati negozi di Tokyo, Mita Sneakers, ASICS ha presentato un’edizione limitata ispirata alla loro classica silhouette Gel Lyte III, che celebra il suo 25° anniversario.

Utilizzando il look delle runner tecniche, Mita ha aggiunto alla tomaia materiali di lusso come il nabuk e la pelle scamosciata. La scarpa si presenta in due tonalità di blu, più scuro lungo tutto il pannello e più chiara sulla punta e sul tallone, insieme al tipico pannello laterale in rete, a dettagli rossi su tallone e suola, cuciture a contrasto e una doppia soletta.

E rimanendo in tema di limited edition, in questo outfit insieme alle ASICS Gel Lyte III ho deciso di utilizzare la felpa Lipstick di MSGM, il brand diretto da Massimo Giorgetti, nata in collaborazione con Toilet Paper, il magazine creato dal famoso artista Maurizio Cattelan insieme al fotografo Pierpaolo Ferrari. Una felpa sulle tonalità del blu con una maxi stampa surrealista di rossetti. Per i pantaloni, ho scelto un denim scuro dal volume oversize e il taglio più classico di Clap Your Hand.

English Inside the ASICS world, ASICS Lifestyle reinterprets heritage models of 80s and 90s, presenting legendary sneakers. Together with one of the most renowned stores in Tokyo,Mita Sneakers, ASICS presented a limited edition inspired by their classic silhouette Gel Lyte III, that celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Using the make-up of runner shoes, Mita added luxury materials such as nubuck and suede to the upper. The shoe comes in two shades of blue, darker along the entire panel and clearer on the toe and heel, along with the typical meshed side panel, red detailing on the heel and sole, contrast stitching and a double sole.

Staying on the subject of limited edition, in this outfit together withASICS Gel Lyte III I decided to use the sweatshirt Lipstick by MSGM, the brand directed by Massimo Giorgetti, borned in collaboration with Toilet Paper, the magazine created by renowned artist Maurizio Cattelan with the photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari. A sweatshirt in shades of blue with a surrealist maxi print of lipsticks. For pants, I chose a dark denim with an oversize volume and a more classic cut by Clap Your Hand.
