Manlul 58: Peace Of Mind

There are some places that have a special energy, something that make you find peace of mind. I do not know if it’s the landscape, the weather, the light or something inside, but what I know is that I feel it. One of those places is L’Empordà in north Catalonia. Painter Salvador Dalí chose Cadaqués as his place of residence and he created there some of his most incredible works, I guess he saw that “something“ in this wonderful area. I just have spent a few relaxing days in an incredible farmhouse very close by, doing nothing but rest, swim and read. Those who follow me on instagram have seen the pictures I’ve been posting. After a few months working in the theatre I enjoyed it more than ever and it has helped me to close this period and think about what I have lived. Thank you.

Hay lugares que tienen una energía especial, algo que te hacen sentir en calma, no sé si es por el paisaje, el clima, la luz o algo más interno pero lo que sé es que yo lo siento. Uno de esos sitios es L’Empordà, en Girona. Dalí eligió Cadaqués como lugar de residencia y allí creó algunas de sus obras más increíbes, supongo que ese “algo” tuvo que ver para que decidiera instalarse en una zona tan maravillosa. Acabo de pasar unos días de relajación total en una masia increible muy cerca de allí, no haciendo nada más que descansar, bañarme y leer. Los que me sigáis en instagram habréis visto las fotos que he ido subiendo. Después de unos meses metido en el teatro lo he disfrutado más que nunca y me ha servido para cerrar una etapa y reflexionar sobre lo que he vivido. GRACIAS.
