I'm Stacie, I'm 23, I'm a Blogger, I'm a Student and I'm a Heart and Lung Transplant awaitee. I have Advanced Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension and this has resulted in me being put on the transplant list back in April 2012. I am now waiting for a heart and lung transplant and live in hope for that one phone call that will hopefully save my life.
