I felt like we needed it after all of the booze, chocolate and pie around here lately. Or at least my hips needed it.

So what do you know about avocado toast? I feel like there has been an unspoken trend with it this year. Or maybe it was spoken and I just missed it. I don’t know. But I keep seeing it everywhere and I’m like, man, I want some! I LOVE avocados.

It would definitely be one of the few foods I would have to take with me if I were stranded on an island somewhere. Actually that sounds pretty nice right about now. As long as I had avocados and Wilson, I think I’d be just fine.

Just kidding, Brandon. I’d have to have you there too. And Coco. And maybe some mango.

Anyways, if you guys haven’t jumped on the avocado toast train yet, this combination would be the perfect place to start. Using store bought hummus makes it super quick to throw together. I personally love Whole Food’s Lemon or Greek hummus- both of them go great with the fresh dill and za’atar which give it a delicious Mediterranean flavor that really takes it over the top
