Sarah Morgan Sleigh bells in the snow

Kayla Green is a young British professional living in NYC. She works in a PR agency specialized in tourism. She hates Christmas since her teenage years and like the Holidays are approaching she is searching a way to avoid Christmas until a new client arrives with a big project. Jackson O’Neil is the manager of a mountain resort named Snow Crystal and he really needs the help of Kayla’s marketing skills to bring back his family company on his feet !

Kayla accepts to go to Snow Crystal for a week to elaborates a marketing plan and discover all the good stuffs that the resort has to propose. It is the perfect opportunity for her to forget Christmas as she will be in the wood with no one close… She will quickly discover that the O’Neil family is a lovely, charming and holidays oriented clan and that Jackson, his client is very attractive.

I really loved this book ! The story takes place in the Holiday season but is not schmaltzy. It is just a romantic and perfect love story with nice characters. Jackson has a very nice family and we learn to know them bit by bit. This novel is well written and the chemistry between Kayla and Jackson is palpable.

There are two other books in this « O’Neil series » about the two brothers of Jackson. I will probably read them because I’ll be happy to know what’s happen in this lovely family of Snow Crystal !
