PETS | Pet Shop Bowl Review

The smallest of the group, Archie couldn't wait to inspect the goody box!
Hello! A bit of a different post for you today. As you may or may not be aware I live in a household of many pets (precisely 6 dogs, 2 rabbits and a hamster) and they are all very dear me. I live at home with my parents in an old farm house in the countryside, so we luckily have the room and outdoor space for them all. Originally having moved from the outskirts of London with only the one dog, it must have been the fresh air in our lungs or something similar, as we went a little pet mad and had our very own hoard before we even knew it!
Back on point, today with the help of some little paws and rabbit teeth we will be reviewing a special delivery from the Pet Shop Bowl company that we received on Friday afternoon. As you can see the smallest of our boys simply couldn't wait to to get his tiny puppy paws into the box and see what treats were inside!
The Pet Shop Bowl company is a nationwide pet food delivery service catering for all your pet food needs delivered straight to your door. Something that is indeed very handy, if like us, doing the pet food shop is a big deal (due to the amount of pets) or you are simply just too busy or tied down. The pets and I can certainly vouch for the speediness of the service, with our parcel arriving the very next day after despatch!

The Goody Box Contents c/o Pet Shop Bowl: Lily's Kitchen Dog Food | Almo Nature Dog Food | Kong Dog Toy | Pooch & Mutt Dog Treats | Burgess Excel Herbage

As this box was sent to me for review, the contents were a total surprise and I can truly say my pets have never been so spoiled! Having briefly spoken to the lovely Amy and exchanged a few of the boys likes and dislikes, the items were picked out, packed up and sent out for delivery to us.
As we want to give a fair and first hand review, we have spent the weekend trying out all the products and this is what we thought:
Lily's Kitchen Dog Food All four adult dogs are currently happily tucking into this as we speak, they have never been so quiet at feeding time ever. I think it is safe to say it was a big hit with the boys with all four bowls licked entirely clean!
Almo Nature Dog Food This was the very first product that the boys tried out and although they were a little camera shy, our bigger dogs (Kermit & Theodore) were big fans! As everyone wanted to have a taste we split the food between the 5 adult dogs and mixed in some of our own dog mixer to make a full meal and they loved it!
Kong Dog Toy These Kong dog toys are something we have seen on a few occasions but hadn't got round to buying. The one we were sent was the smaller puppy version and Archie has been putting it to the test over the weekend. As he is currently teething, he enjoys a good chew and this toy is perfect for that.
Pooch & Mutt Dog Treats The boys have been munching on these all weekend! The chicken flavour really appealed to them, with Bertie being the biggest fan. Even Charlie, who is renowned for being a massively fussy eater, didn't turn them down which is quite the success! Also 10p of the purchase price goes to dog charities with these which is nice to know.
Burgess Excel Herbage This complimentary feed is designed for fibrevores, so the two rabbits (Flop & Moscoe) were in for a treat. I already knew before even opening the packet that they would like it as it contains dandelion which is one of their favourite things! It also smelt really fresh and minty (due to the mint in it) too!

Bertie, Bailey & Charlie exercising a great deal of restraint surrounded by the treats!

All in all I think the box of products we received was a big success! The pets want to say a massive thank you to Pet Shop Bowl, for letting them do this review :)
