A day in Downtown LA – What I wore, saw and did

Oh Downtown I’m back. For all of you who don’t know, I lived here for 6 months around four years ago. All I can say is – ‘Downtown you have changed, for the better. I wish I was as cool as you.’

With Acne Studios across the road (dangerous), the Ace Hotel blaring music and serving delicious drinks every night of the week and a new ‘hip’ restaurant opening nearly every week, I am happy to be here to explore a little for the next two weeks.

Today, I started my day at Juice Crafters (the best Acai bowls ever – thank you to a dear friend for the suggestion), lunch and a wine (or two) at Pattern Bar (the fashion district bar who have the coolest/nicest owners out!), shopped on South Broadway (my weakness…Acne) and then hung out at the Ace Hotel at night. So much to do, not enough hours in the day. Luckily I have two weeks here.

Today wearing Pfeiffer the label boxy printed top, Rollas Dusters jeans, Reliquia spiral earrings, vintage paisley neck tie, Camilla & Marc loafers and Furla bag.

PS. A printed neck tie for the win.
