catching up on catching up

This week…
I cheated hard with my 80/20 rule. It was more like a 70/30 rule – and I’m okay with that. I’m just a girl with a mean hankering for french fries Polynesian sauce, who really, really loves to workout.

I added weights to my workout – or rather

Rhys added weight to my workout for me. Thanks for looking out little man!

I shared my super awesome 3 Day Refresh results, and why I love Shakeology so freaking much. Yup, even after having the same shake made the same way all week long, I can still say that I love it. Can you say the same thing about your shake?

I said the words ‘Exercise’ and ‘Flex’ with my littles in the room and they all busted out their very best down dog split poses and flexed for me. It was just too adorable not to share!

Then I was reminded of why I love sugar so much, and why it’s important to moderate my donut intake. Abs – I want abs!!!

We ate some really tasty food this week – Thanks to meal prepping on Sunday and the hubs’ hard work. He makes a mean quesadilla and spinach salad, I tell you what!

Quinn caught the BIGGEST lizard in our backyard, which is apparently lizard spider central which in no way shape or form freaks me out in the least. And if you couldn’t tell just then, I was totally lying. Spiders are my anti-BFF’s. I’m currently training Quinn to ninja chop, or stomp, any spider that crosses his path and he is proving to be quite the ninja. Hi-ya!
