31 Day Balance Project - Week 1 Schedule

Whenever I'm faced with something I'm a little nervous about, I tell myself this one thing. When I'm able to follow my own advice, the outcome is usually pleasant. Do you want in on this little secret mantra of mine?

Ok.

Let go of expectation.

Those four little words take all the pressure off. If there's no expectation then whatever happens is okay.

I'd like to invite you to start this project with no expectation for yourself or for the project. Allow the practice to unfold organically, and let your subsequent progress bloom.

So today I'm sharing the suggested schedule for week 1. As I mentioned, there'll be a nice integration of meditation throughout this month's schedule just so help us get a bit deeper. The schedule eases into it, though, so we start with a little meditation sprinkled into week 1 and then we'll get deeper into it in the following weeks.

Remember that the schedule is just a suggestion. If you don't have the time, or energy for all that's listed, just do what works for you. If you feel like six practices a week is too much (and it most definitely will be, for some people), then take two or three rest days (or more). Ain't no shame in the rest game! Above all, do what feels good, let go of expectation and soar.
