If you are hitting a gym or raid in Pokemon GO, Pokemon type chart guides you through the strengths and weakness of ever pokemon in the game. Pokemon are grouped into 18 types. Those types are fire, water, grass, electric, ground, ice, flying, rock, steel, normal, fighting, ghost, dark, psychic, poison, dragon, fairy, and bug. Each Pokemon has a combination of two types, and each types hast it weakness and strong to another type.

At basic level with the starter pokemon this breaks down to Rock, Paper, Scissors. Where Charmander (Fire) beats Bulbasaur(Grass) and Bulbasaur (Grass) beats Squirtle (Water) and to complete the cycle Squirtle (Water) beats the Charmander (Fire). That all makes sense and is nice and easy to remember. Pokemon types like Fairy, Dragon are complicated at your start.

Basically this Pokemon type chart is used in conjunction with the best way to build a formidable team for battling in gyms and raids. Every type of Pokemon has four different relationships with other types.

For instance, a Ground-Type pokemon move is strong against Poison, Rock, Steel, Fire and electric type. It does only 50% of damage against Flying, Bug and Grass type pokemon. Were Defensively, that same Pokemon will take reduced damage from the Poison, Rock and Electric Pokemon. But double damage from the Water, Grass and Ice type pokemon which is vulnerable too.

The type chart shows the strength and weakness of each type of Pokemon. It looks like complex but it's fairly straightforward to use.

1.Water- They go with the flow type. They are very flexible in their time management and carefree personality.

2.Fire- They are very passionate in their work. They stay dedicated and finishes the job. They keep chugging throughout the day.

3.Grass- They are very introverted in their thinking.and very touch in their environment in life. They are dependable in one on one relationships.

4.Electric- They give off a lot of energy and outgoing. They love being in their own mascot.

5.Ice- They are very difficult to become best-friend, as they are rough around edges. It usually continue to build a wall of seclusion and run away from being attacked.

6.Rock- They are very strong minded and very independent. They can bulldoze through life without a care in the world.

7. Poison- The hurt other when they don't mean to. There will be a gray cloud among them, which harms those who are around them.
