Meditation for students is becoming a trend. More people see the benefits of allowing students to meditate. Some schools even include a meditation period before the start of the regular classes. These are some reasons why students need to learn how to meditate.

Increase IQ level

Meditation teaches students how to focus. It allows them to be watchful of their actions, including their breathing. They can apply the same technique to their studies.
