I just wanted some advice. I have been looking at different ways to lose weight and body fat and am really interested in bodybuilding as from what I see the results are amazing if you put the effort in. I have no idea where to begin?! I don’t know anything about the nutrition side of it or the exercise.

If you have a fitness trainer then take advice from him. I got help from my trainer some days before. Hope it will also beneficial for you.
