Tiered Of Seasonal Allergy Of Your Kid? Check out the Home Remedies To Stay Safe

The parents know how painful it is for the kids and also for themselves to know the trouble with seasonal allergy. Most of the time it makes the kids so down with symptoms that it has become unbearable for the parents. Dr. Bill Megelich, as he always helps those parents who are looking for help for their sick children has come up with some excellent tips to fight and prevent allergy among toddlers.

Hydration: When the body is under the attack of the allergies, you need to keep the little one hydrated. As they need to sneeze and cough continually, keep a bottle of lukewarm water with them so that they can drink frequently.

Warm bath: According to Dr. Bill Megelich, not every parent welcomed this idea but a warm bath will help the children to open up the clogged gateway. It will help the kids to reduce the symptoms of allergy.

Humidifier: In case the atmosphere of the room is dry, then it is better for the children to use the humidifier as it will make the breathing easier for them. However, make sure the level of humidity should not cross 40% as it may increase the growth of molds, dust mites and bacteria.

Spice Up The Meal: In case the taste buds of your children long for spicy foods, then they must have some. Spices and herbs like ginger, pepper, fenugreek, onions and garlic help to clear the nasal passage so that they can breathe easily.

Gargle: In case, the little one has a sore throat, encourage him/her to gargle. Dr. Bill Megelich said that even a kid of 3 years can do perfect gargle when the parents inspire properly.

Warm Fluid: Make delicious soup or ginger tea for the kid that he will enjoy to have in cough and cold. It will not only open the blocked passage but also provide relief from the effect of cold.

Maintain Hygiene: This is an important point that will prevent the contamination of the disease with others. Practice the kids to use tissues and cover the mouth while sneezing so that everybody will stay safe around.
