Through the Rearview: September 2013

Though the avenue is still in its boxes, I’ve returned to the Pacific Northwest to aim for bigger success. Let’s see what happened in the month where I left my friends and family in Louisville behind to start anew in the city I was supposed to have made my life a decade prior (I ended up in Tacoma, instead).

I still have a lot of work ahead of me, including a new bank account, my own mailbox, writing for a publication in Seattle (and figuring out how to raise $20,000 to start a Seattle spin-off of Insider Louisville), buying a new camera to replace the one I used in a fight back in August, etc.

Until we meet again, I leave you with a truly live performance of “Just Fascination” by Cabaret Voltaire from their 1983 album “The Crackdown,” which completed the English industrial trio’s move from post-punk to synth pop. All the best to you.

To be continued…
