not quite wisteria lane

Helloooo, how are you, all good here, gosh I am happy to say I am the proud new owner of a fair good stash of Wisteria in this new house and it seems to grow like wildfire, so not complaining at that, smells pretty amazing too, which is a good thing as there be a whole lot of things round here that are not in the category of Scent Labelled Good that is for sure.

Life is chugging along here, I can’t believe January is over already, ummm where did that go? So much for all my plans of an amazingly fab calm yoga-infused, beach tripping, skinnified upper arm de-toxed first month of the year – with the reno have been more like grabbing an hour or so at the beach when possible, racing around for walks with Barls with hair scraped back and no make-up on and hoping do not bump into anyone next door, fulfilling role as nurse and general cleaner-upper of all and sundry and flying by the seat of my pants from one boiled egg to the next for lunch. One day did find self eating a Kale salad though which always has to get marked on the calendar as Goddess of all things Health Food however one eats it.

So February, G’day to you my friend – here is what I am hoping you will bring for me…white clad house (oops sorry just realised have new clad-less house near to beach in naice suburb so can’t ask too much), skinnified arms (must remember am not a spring chicken & arms are past best before on skinnifying front), daily meditation practice by way of attendance at Meditation Course (will try not to meditate to fit it in while doing things not recommended for meditating i.e. driving), school run outfits suitable for mingling with super mums at new school (floral pj bottoms and tee shirt even in car & scruffy top-knots forbidden in new school rules – ps yes I am told there is such a thing as school run outfits), go to dance club to dance (not as in young trendy night club place but as in to a club to practice lessons have been taking with Mr BC and two friends since Christmas), get back to daily green smoothies for health giving benefits (rather than drinking diet coke with banana while up ladder painting things white), be calm, supportive grown-up teenager mum (instead of pretending am allergic to teenage years).

See you next time, pics of the new deck coming up hopefully…
