DIY Fringe Shawl in 5 minutes



How to:
Get some fabric that doesn't unravel when cut (like the stretchy t-shirt fabric I got here). Then cut lines in the fabric like in this pic underneath, with the edge creating fringes.
Easy and quick, huh?
