I am nearing 60 and my weight hasn't been stable for a few years now. I get off 30 - 40 pounds and then I just put it back on again. I am blogging to try to stay motivated and get and give encouragement. I know for my own sake I need to give up sugar and wheat. I now have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and am getting close to diabetic. I have a few siblings that are diabetic already. I need to maintain my weight and exercise regularly. All encouragement gladly accepted!
