Dieting Never Ends!! What do I weight now?

It’s been two years since I started my blog! Two years of life!!

When I started this blog 2 years ago, I was ready to lose my weight for life. I did very well and got close to my goal weight. I maintained my weight for a quite a while. During the last six months when I stopped blogging my weight has gone up.

I have some good excuses, during this time several negative things have been going on in my life. I have been incredibly stressed. As everyone knows, stress is a big cause of weight gain. I really just sort of gave up on my weight. When I gave up I made horrible food choices. Things are still going on, but I have decided that I can’t let that continue to control my weight.

The good news is that I did continue to work out consistently all during the last six months. It hasn’t helped maintain my weight, but it probably has slowed down the weight gain. It certainly helped with my stress.

I am going back to square one and back to eating the way I did when the weight was melting off.

I will be weighing in on Wednesday morning. I will post my current weight at that time and then try to update my weight every Wednesday.

I need the encouragement of all my on-line friends.
