Since I’ve been turned onto guacamole, I’m known by my friends and family to go to Mexican and just order a taco and guac or a taco and queso as my meal. It’s really all I need to be a happy camper! Ok, and a margarita doesn’t hurt either! So, even if you don’t think you like guacamole, I’m going to dare you to try this recipe and give it another whirl!
With all kinds of big games on now and coming up (Hello Superbowl, March Madness, and even just fun game nights with friends!), I figured you could use this recipe to be the hit of the party! Here’s a few ways I’ve served this recipe:
-Topper for tacos, soups, etc
– Served in a short clear cup layered with Old El Paso refried beans, taco shells crunched up, tomatoes, ground beef or chicken and sour cream
-Served as shown here straight up with chips or for a Whole 30/paleo option with bell pepper strips
-Use as a layer for Mexican Layered Dip
Great news, I’ve also got some Publix coupons for you guys to use while buying the ingredients to make up a Mexican fiesta at your next game day gathering! And, who can turn down coupons for produce?! Those don’t come around to often. Go HERE to print off coupons for avocados from Mexico and Old El Paso products!
Thanks to Old El Paso for sponsoring today’s discussion. Please help support me by checking them out and/or enjoying these coupons!
