Kathleen Tracy is an avid quilter as well as a quilt pattern book author of three books--American Doll Quilts, Prairie Children and Their Quilts and Remembering Adelia. She is inspired by scrap quilts from the past and the history of the women who made them. Little quilts or doll quilts using traditional designs and Civil War reproduction fabrics are a special favorite and she hopes that her quilting books inspire others to make a connection to quilters from long ago.
