And I'm Back!

So much has happened in the past year. There's a new member in our family! The hubs and I were blessed with the most beautiful little boy last March. Since then, I have focused all of my time and energy on the little guy. Being a new mom is awesome but to be completely honest, it wasn't easy at first. I'm finally feeling like things are getting back to "normal" and that there is some semblance to life. So now that we are getting adjusted with the little guy, you might see me blog a bit more. That is, if there's anyone still out there!

Even though I haven't been blogging, I have been sewing a bit and one of the projects I have been working on lately is a mini quilt for the #igminiswap. I can't wait to send this off to my partner, I really hope they like it. Feathers are arrows are really popular right now and I have been wanting to give them a try so I figured this might be the perfect project for experimenting. I have to say that I am so pleased with the final result and I hope my partner is too.

I had some pieces left that I added to the back.
