Those Perfect Denim Cutoffs

It’s taken me years to find that perfect pair of denim cutoffs. I’ve tried making my own, buying from my go-to denim brands, and even thrifting. And after much trial and error, I’ve discovered the key to that perfect pair. You know those super high-waisted denim cutoffs that are chopped at an angle and often show a little cheek? I would normally go no where near those because of how revealing they are. They’re just unrealistic for my everyday life. However, they always have that perfect distressed look.

So I decided to buy a pair a size up, and guess what? They’re perfect. They have that loose fit around my legs and because they are looser in the waist, I can wear them lower so they are more of a mid-rise denim than a high-rise. You can also pull them up to wear them high-waisted with a belt, and they won’t be too short! Best discovery ever. I’ve been styling my Urban Outfitters cutoffs with a white flowy blouse, a geode necklace, and wedges. Check out the look below!
