Rhinestone Studded Falsies | Born Pretty Store

Hello Beauties! Just wanted to pop in today to talk about some fun and funky lashes I received c/o Born Pretty Store!! As you can see, these are not super over the top dramatic. I find they are still very wearable in the day time, if you'd like little a fun pop of sparkle. So that is a nice plus to these lashes. However, I must say, even though these lashes are pretty and fun - I am not loving them as much as I would have hoped to...

I had some trouble when trying to apply these lashes. Since they come very flat (rather than curved like most false lashes) I had a hard time shaping them to my eye. You can sort of see in the photo where I'm looking down, how it just looks straight across my lash line. And because the rhinestones are there, you cant really get the lashes to curve either, even if you try to work with them. So for me that kind of made them a flop. :( Of course once I did get them on and in place, they look pretty cute. As you can see, they look very fun. They just are not fun to apply!

So if you get easily frustrated when applying lashes, or are a newbie to lashes, I'd definitely not recommend these. But if you feel confident in your application skills and want some neat lashes to jazz things up - these are a pretty and affordable option. ♥
