5 frigid ways

Ear warmers are back & here to stay! This mint Charles headpiece from The 3rd Piece is the prettiest shade of pastel & even comes with matching mitts.. win, win!

When it's critical that I stay warm & don't mess up thy hair, I reach for this oversized wool beanie from 424FIFTH. I snagged it on sale & love the slight black & blue striped pattern.
When I wear a beanie, it's for fashion rather than warmth. If worn correctly, beanies should sit behind your hair line which means they don't do much insulating.. sorry, not sorry.
I call this Uniqlo stole my cloak & I've worn it as many ways that I care to admit.. as a blanket on the plane, as a towel on the beach, as a shawl, & as a scarf.
I wear this faux fur shoulder stole when I dress up in the winter & want to look snazzy or when I want to make guys feel uncomfortable at the bar. True story.
It's here, folks.. dreadful winter when it is so cold outside that my motivation to shoot an outfit post outdoors barely exists.. #bloggerproblems. So, I decided to share with you five ways to stay fashionable in these frigid temperatures from the comfort of my own home. To be honest, I never really cared about winter accessories, usually snagging a pair of gloves & matching scarf on the clearance rack at Gap. But, as I started my career post college I quickly realized that you need to dress to impress regardless of the weather, which means a warm coat paired with cute accessories. In the last few years, I've garnered quite the collection.. from hats to scarves to neck warmers (for when I attempt to ski). My biggest tip for you is to stock up for next year now, since most winter items are on sale as stores prep for spring.
Shop my favorite accessories below & stay warm!
