Facebook Opens Internet.org to All Developers — Design News

Facebook's free internet initiative for developing countries, Internet.org, announced today that it's expanding its reach by opening the platform to all developers. Facebook launched the project last year with a select group of partners, including BBC and Wikipedia, in 14 countries. Now any site or company can create low-bandwidth sites and content delivery platforms that global internet users can access for free.
