I fell in love with a brand called RADENRORO, it is a New York designer label. I first stumbled upon it from watching the TV show, called All on the Line by Joe Zee, creative director of Elle. RADENRORO was featured at one of the episodes of that TV Show. From the name of the brand, I already knew that it must be an Indonesian behind the label. The name Raden Roro means: A title given to Royalty girl in Javanese language and yes it is Liquica Anggraini from Indonesia is the designer behind the label. I am so proud and moved by the TV show, just because I am always rooting for my fellow country girl and I am proud that Liquica had shown how an Indonesian designer can prove herself to be at par as the other world class designers in the US. So I checked out www.radenroro.com and I reached out to Liquica and yes I could not help myself but to get my hands on several gorgeous pieces from the line. Love the top quality fabrics that are used by the brand and also the edgy yet wearable, stylish and timeless design. LOVE! Anyway, I wore the Kuncara jacket together with the Awan pants and accentuated using a gorgeous blue silk stola from OZZY batik by Lianawati. What do you think?
