A few Easter-y bakes I've made lately, and all so simple and scrummy.
ABOVE: chocolate sponge, whipped double cream filling (plus a hidden raspberry!), melted chocolate & mini egg topping.
BELOW: shredded wheat & milk chocolate Easter nests; vanilla & chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate & mini egg topping.
