The Wallaby and Tips for Coffee Drinkers!

My favorite workout move lately- the Wallaby. Get in low squat position and do little jumps forward. Posture tips: Make sure your knees don’t lean in and keep them aligned with your hips. Hold core in and pull shoulders back. Hands forward for balance. Feel your muscles working and have fun!


Health Tip for Coffee Drinkers – If you love your coffee drinks, try to wean yourself off strong sugary coffee drinks. Try Almond Milk or Coconut Milk in your coffee (instead of Dairy, which is for baby cows, and Soy, which is highly processed).
