The Perfect Hot Chocolate | Drinks

When it comes to a cup of hot chocolate, adding boiling water to some cocoa simply won't do.
I like to put a bit of milk on the fire to simmer....
....I add my cocoa...

...Mix in some evaporated milk (believe it or not, this makes all the difference to the taste)....

...Pour the hot milk....

...Swirl on a bit (OK, a lot!) of cream...

...Sprinkle some Cadbury Flake on top....

...And voila!
I haven't really got a sweet tooth, but I'm partial to the odd cupcake.
