RECENT GOODNESS.

i am such a sucker for cute vintage childrens clothes. i comb through racks to find a little gem or two every time i go to the thrifts and i stalk etsy to see if i can find a special little something for my kiddos. these are some recent additions to birdies wardrobe. they opened up a new goodwill over in our neck of the woods so we decided to pop in this morning to see the goods. we came out thirty minutes later with several little dresses for both girls, a couple of cute baby boy outfits for my friend elises new baby, a few good books, some really cool shape tiles that are perfect for homeschooling a soon to be preschooler and a thomas the train table top that was brand new, never touched for $15. id say we cleaned up nicely! ill be spending the day working on geography with the big kids, making estofado for dinner and trying to keep this place clean. im thinking about simplifying things a bit here on this blog. a new look and some organization is in order. not sure when i will find the time to do so but its on my list. happy wednesday!
