Hydration

Nothing new here, but you will feel a whole lot better if you make sure that you drink enough water during the flight. Bring a bottle with you, so you don’t have to wait for the water service. This advice also applies to your skin. Don’t forget your favorite mini products to moisturize face, lips and hands, so you can get out of the plane looking fresh, and well rested!

Distraction

Before your trip, prepare your hand luggage carefully with your laptop, magazines, books, headphones,… Try to organize it in a nice way, so your distractions can be easy to reach. If you are not the type of person who sleeps the entire flight, structure your time beforehand so you don’t run out of things to do.

Bring Food

If you are following a strict diet, or if you just like to snack from time to time, bringing food with you is a good idea. Meals on the flight might not always be your taste, and if you plan on sleeping while they serve it, you will be happy to have something to eat once you wake up.
