The house is clean. The laundry done. The grocery list made. The baby sick. Yep, whatever is going on involves a 100 temp and crying for the last 24 hours. I thought I'd catch a break today with all my usual Monday chores already being done. Nope. So while they're napping, and instead of my getting some rest in too, I painted our headboard again. Shhhh. My husband is going to panic when he reads that today. I've hated the green since about a week after staining it last summer. So... it's white now. I think I'll get back to painting the second coat...

There is an art to refinishing/repurposing and I clearly need to find it.
