Miss Patina are undoubtedly my favourite brand for unapologetically cute, feminine clothes, and their SS15 collection is possibly my favourite yet! Picking a couple of items to share with you was very nearly impossible, but in the end this dreamy 'High Tea' coord set in delicate baby blue won my heart. For such vintage inspired pieces, the fabric is quite surprising; the mesh has a somewhat spongey, honeycomb feel to it, which took me by surprise at first but is actually fantastic for helping the pieces keep their shape and volume (especially the skirt! It's delightly poofy and lightweight without the need for a petticoat).
Of course, given my recent Cinderella fever I couldn't wear light blue without thinking about the Disney Princess of the moment! A couple of days ago I modelled I Love Crafty's upcoming Cinderella collection, and being the lovely soul she is Laura let me pick out a few items to keep. One of them was this dainty iridescent glass slipper necklace, which makes the perfect delicate finishing touch to any outfit. The collection is released 8pm tonight and the first person to place an order will win a special prize, so fingers at the ready...
In other news, thanks to all of your votes I made the Top 10 in Curvy Kate's Star In A Bra competition! I can't thank you all enough for your support. I never expected that sharing photos of myself in my smalls could result in something so overwhelmingly postive! In two weeks I'll be going to London for a photo shoot with Curvy Kate, and I'm honestly so excited! I'll definitely be blogging about my first lingerie modeling experience - it's something I never thought I'd do, and I'm so glad I have all of you to share this adventure with!
