Today's post is pretty special because I'm wearing pieces from two of the
CFDA Swarovski nominees, which happens tomorrow (Monday) night!!
Swarovski celebrates the achievements of young designers with the Swarovski Awards for emerging talent in three categories: Womenswear, Menswear and Accessory Design.
This knit that I'm wearing is from
Orley, "known for its combination of elegant yet youthful, irreverent design with a focus on luxury knitwear."
Orley is actually nominated for their men's collection, but recently introduced its first women's collection for the Fall/Winter 2015 season. I got to see some of the collection in person and the incredible craftsmanship and detail that go into every one of their pieces is mind-blowing!
The ring that I'm wearing is
Eva Fehren, launched by designer and artist Eva Zuckerman, and her business partner and longtime friend, Anna Gorga. The collection uses metals like 18k gold paired with unusual materials like opaque sapphires, moonstone and grey diamonds. Each piece is hand crafted by artisanal jewelers in NYC.
Some of the other incredibly talented Swarovski Nominees include:
Public School,
Rosie Assoulin,
Ryan Roche,
Hood by Air,
Ovadia & Sons,
Paul Andrew and
Mansur Gavriel.
On behalf of
Swarovski, I'm so incredibly excited to attend the CFDA Awards tomorrow so please be sure to follow on instagram
