Women’Secret beach cover up – Mexx bikini – Ray-Ban aviator

Hello again! I’m not sure if this first 2015 post really qualifies as an “outfit” since I’m only wearing a bikini and beach cover-up, but it’s a good reflection of the tropical circumstances I was traveling in the last few weeks. From pouring rain and humidity the first week to extreme sunshine (my favorite) the rest of the time – Sri Lanka was certainly quite the experience! We traveled to many different areas and saw lots of beautiful things, but also faced some challenges along the way. I’m glad to have this travel destination added to my book – the fact that this rather small country has so much to offer when it comes to nature and wildlife is a big advantage, yet the often bad roads & quite crazy traffic might scare some people off. There’s a certain charm to a place where tourism hasn’t fully kicked in yet, but more on my general travel experience later – let’s just say the abundance of palm trees was a welcome sight to see every day!
