All It Takes Is… Carrie’s Legs

Last week I finally went back to the gym. Granted I have only been twice in 7 days, I’ve been walking in our neighborhood with the baby AND doing planks every night. It is safe to say that I am not only a few lbs away from my pre-baby weight! And that’s how much I weighed at my first doctor’s visit…I weighed less a month before I got pregnant so I probably still have some to go.

I have a real goal to work towards now though. I’ve always done better trying to get back into shape when I have something to work towards. We are going to the beach for Memorial Day weekend/B’s 30th birthday and right now I can’t imagine anyone seeing me without pants and a long sleeve shirt.

Who knows if anyone is actually capable of transforming their gams into Carrie’s stems, but Glamour Magazine featured her workout this month in case you want to try. Which is exactly what I am going to do… TRY…
