DIY Scratch Off Photo Trick!

Today we're going to teach you a neat photo trick which, unlike our last one, will not risk you getting your fingers burnt! In this tutorial we will show you a super quick and easy way to convert your photos and polaroids into really cool scratch off pictures- perfect for secret messages and birthday gifts!

What you need:

• Dish Soap
• Acrylic Paint
• Painters Tape
• Paint Brush (ours is foam)
• Pictures
• A Coin (for scratching, of course!)

Step One) Choose what photos you want to use and choose your paint colors.

Step Two) Mix 2 parts soap to 1 part paint- this will make your finished product easier to scratch off.

Step Three) Tape your photos down so that you get straight edges- this is especially important if you've chosen to use Polaroids.

Step Four) Paint your pictures!

Step Five) Let them dry and, once they are, remove the tape!

At this point it's up to you whether or not you want to scratch them off or not... I mean, if you're giving them to someone then you should probably let them do the scratching! Easy as pie, right!?
