The Nude: Bite Beauty Pecan

If there is one shade missing from my lipstick collection, it is a proper nude that actually works with my skin tone. In my hunt I most recently came across the Bite Beauty Butter Cream Lipstick in Pecan, the nude that suited my skintone best of the Butter Cream range.
This one is described as a warm dusty pink, Pecan adds a hint of pink to my natural lip colour, being just enough to enhance them rather than change their natural colour or wash them out. Infused with aromatic butters, this lipstick is super creamy and nourishing without compromising pigmentation. It is hand cut to remove the usual waxy layer you find in typical lipsticks to reveal this creaminess. Whether that makes a difference or not, I can definitely tell that this is a softer lipstick though it isn't so soft that it belong in a pot.
To my surprise, the wear time on this lipstick is actually quite good. I would say it lasts a fair few hours before it starts to fade, though it isn't too noticeable when it does as it is such a nice nude. The range is full of wearable nudes and neutrals in different shades and tones. You are sure to be able to find one that suits you from the collection.
