Cable-Knit Wrap Sweater

I’ve mentioned it here before but one aspect I love about Sacramento is the random cacti on various street corners and the overgrown front yards on the most unassuming streets. My guy and I love our long weekend walks and this is one house I always stop in front of to appreciate. Makes me want to jump in the car and road trip down to Joshua Tree–or just snap a photo in front and pretend I’m in the desert.

As much as I love to layer, wearing a single sweater in January is pretty awesome (and I can truly say this because as I type I’m bundled up to my nose in New York). This wrap sweater with it’s slight fisherman cable-knit vibe is such a classic. I love that it will transition well into spring and summer.
