UberChic Beauty Collection 8 REVIEW

Hello Lovely Ladies,

All of you stamping fans are most likely already aware that UberChic Beauty released their Collection 8 trio of plates (many of you have probably added this set to your personal collection by now). Today’s post is dedicated to a closeup look of this striking set of plates (and honestly, it goes without saying, that UberChic Beauty never fails to amaze):

UberChic Beauty Nail Art Stamping Plates – Collection 8

Yummy! This Collection is full to the brim of yummy images – from delightful florals to delicious doughnuts and sprinkles – we’ve got you covered! Geometric angles, cutesy rain clouds, sweet vines and roses voluptuous enough – you may want to frame them.

We wanted to point out a few special designs we were lucky enough to use from the lovely Oooh Shinies! Check out the circles inside of circles mid-way down on the left side of plate 8-01, plus take a look at the group of 3 images towards to the top of plate 8-02 – looks like it came right out of a cathedral window! Great work by a truly lovely blogger!

The designs are 17 x 21mm – the largest single designs we know of in the industry – and are built to cover edge-to-edge even the largest natural nail size.

The size of each plate is 9.5cm by 14.5cm

The UberChic Beauty plates, because of their size, really beckon to be examined image by image… each design has its own beauty so don’t try to take the plate in as a ‘whole’ but do dare to linger on each image; you will be delighted to see floral, mixed with playful along with geometric- a perfect blend of all of the above in true UberChic style!

UC 8-01

I am really loving the soft squiggly design… I think it would look awesome in a white and grey combo… and how about that super fun “hot mess” image?!?!

I have seen quite a few great looks using this circle pattern already… it seems to be a fan favourite.

bottom left is the image I used for today’s manicure. I also love the individual heart and the square pattern above it.

I absolutely ADORE the bottom right image… I think these bold geometric images are really awesome when paired with floral designs in a manicure. I really like that look.

The bubble image on the bottom right is another fan favourite and if you search anything #uberchicbeauty you will be sure to find quite a few designs with it.

UberChic Beauty really does a stellar job of including a large range of images on their plates.

UC 8-02

I absolutely ADORE the middle image in the photo above… now that my nails are almond, the image fits so perfectly. I love it to bits!

What a delicious mix of geometric print and delightful sweet-tooth treats.

mmmmm sprinkles!

UC 8-03 (sorry, I don’t know why I chopped off the bottom part of this plate- ooops).

I love the top floral image and the delicate foliage on the right.

Whenever I see images of grapes, they remind me of wine… delightful; it would be great in a purple and gold combo over a nude base. Cheers to that right!?

How absolutely stunning are these large roses?

UberChic always manages to throw in some super duper cute images as well. These are sure to please young and old.

I ADORE these floral images- I think they will be lovely as nail decals on an accent nail or two.

To create my feature look, I used two Cirque Colors Sparkled shades: Besos and Himalayan Pink. I did a “middle gradient”? Is that what you’d call this? The gradient doesn’t have to be perfect as we will stamp over it…

I stamped using an older CultNails bottle of polish that thickened up on me a little…
