OK ladies, we have to get real here for a minute. Shopping for your man...NOT EASY (at least I know it isn't for me). Every time the holiday season rolls around, I dread thinking about what I am going to get my husband for Christmas. Although the men in our lives probably think that it is way more difficult to buy for us ladies, the truth is that shopping for a man can be just as trying.
With that said, I know that everyone is being bombarded with holiday gift guides right now, but I want my readers to know that I really put a lot of effort and thought into today's post to help you find your man the perfect gift. Quite honestly, many of the gifts I have given Ivory in the past were heartfelt sentiments that really couldn't be wrapped and put underneath a tree. We love to make memories together most of all, and we always enjoy a little weekend getaway (which doesn't have to be expensive). Book a one night stay in a nearby town, go for a hike, pitch a tent in the backyard and just spend a little time together (he wants you to be just as romantic to him too!!)
However, I do always make sure to have a few smaller gifts nestled under the tree as well. Ivory is not really into getting clothes or shoes, so I like to give more practical gifts such as tools he can use around the house, gadgets to help him train for his half-marathon races, and a funny movie to watch after we unwrap Christmas presents. Shopping for your man doesn't have to be hard, just use a little imagination!
