It’s a great weekend for Common Ground Fair!

It was a bit chilly this morning in Unity as we head out to the Common Ground Fair in Unity. By the time we had hot cider and a honey bun it was warm and brisk and clear, perfect day for the fair.

Miniature stone garden from Halls Ponds Gardens

And these wonderful little stone gardens from Halls Pond Gardens were my absolute favorite thing of all. I hope to visit the gardens in South Paris sometime this fall.

Did I mention the honey buns? Not too far from the south gate is a little stand with vegy stew and honey buns. Warm baked whole wheat buns with apples, raisins, peanuts, and honey drizzled over the top. Awesome!!
