Happy Thoughts for Thursday

Code. Oh gosh, guys, code makes life so much easier. Instead of resizing all my photos in another program I've finally realized that I can quickly resize them through code. I feel clever and efficient all together, and it's great.
Tumblr. I finally think I've got the hang of tumblr. It took me long enough. But it's fun, and a good way to keep in touch with friends. I like.
Knit dreams. Can I just make all the things?
This month is flying by. Good and bad. All the papers are due in the next two weeks, and then I can relax. Thanksgiving break, and a week of easy classes with nothing due, then finals week. Easy.

I really like the boy thing. Things are good.
My thesis proposal got accepted!! I've been working on my thesis since June, so I've been procrastinating turning the proposal in out of fear of not getting approved after all the work that I've put in to it. Within hours of turning in the proposal, I got an email that it wasn't a sufficient proposal. Several drafts later and I've got the go! I'll be putting together a guidebook for campus activists with university policies, how-to's, and other materials. I will probably post more about that as I complete it. I'm so relieved!
Thanksgiving break. In another week and a half I'll be heading home for lots of family and food, and most of the stressful parts of the semester will be finished. Can't wait! Plus long car rides means lots of knitting time.
