Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in a ditch with no way out, we may not even know what sort of questions we should be asking let alone who we should be talking to. Which is why I decided to start talking about particular topics as I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed. While I may not have all the answers, my hope is that the everyday person can gain some clarity in their difficult situation in a healthy way, ultimately freeing them from what feels like sinking sand.
