Meal Plan {5/25 – 5/29}

Looking for simple, family friendly weeknight meals? I’ve got ideas, plus a printable grocery list!

Happy Saturday!!

Oh my gosh, you guys. ALL THE STINKING RAIN. It’s the one time of year in Arkansas where it’s actually pretty outside and not too hot…so of course it has to be a monsoon. My toddler is straight up going bananas. She probably has ingested every germ known to man at the mall food court play place at this point. Today we are enjoying a quiet day at home. I’m doing some cleaning, baking, and planning for the week ahead. Love days like those!

Here’s what looks good for dinner this week. Don’t forget to print out a free grocery list. Everything you need is already filled out for you. Easy peasy!

If any of the meals on this week’s plan don’t sound good to you, be sure to check out previous week’s meal plans. Lots of ideas to choose from!

Monday: Sweet and Sticky Chicken Strips

These are new to us but they look and sound really good!

Tuesday: Easy Beef Enchiladas

You really can’t go wrong with simple enchiladas and they make great leftovers!

Wednesday: Santa Maria Style Tri Tip

I’ll grill this outside using a Sirloin Steak instead.

Thursday: Orecchiette with Baked Mini Chicken Meatballs

I love tomato cream sauce and the kids love meatballs…this is a win all around!

Friday: Tex Mex Cobb Salad

If I have steak leftover from Wednesday, I’ll dice that up and use it on this salad. So good and easy!

That’s it for this week. Have a great weekend!
